Matt Helgeson is an executive strategic advisor with more than 16 years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, energy transition, commercial strategy, and operational transformation.
As the former U.S. Chief Sustainability Officer for Siemens, Matt has worked with executive teams across North America to develop business strategies, evaluate complex infrastructure investments, build commercial organizations, and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
His experience spans corporate strategy, business development, energy infrastructure, industrial operations, and sustainability—bringing together technical expertise with practical executive decision-making.
